For organizations interested in showcasing their services, programs, or products, we ask for a small participation contribution to help cover event logistics and create a high-quality experience for all.

✅ Requirements

  • Setup & Registration starts at 8:00 AM
  • ✅ One (1) 10x10 canopy/tent
  • ✅ One (1) table and two (2) chairs
  • ✅ Signage/banner with organization or business name clearly displayed
  • ✅ Promotional or informational materials related to your services or products
  • ✅ Proof of current insurance (business or nonprofit) — due before or at check-in
  • ✅ One (1) $50 gift card donation for the community raffle
  • ✅ Maintain booth cleanliness and remove trash before leaving
  • ✅ Arrive at least one hour before the event to set up
  • ✅ Allow photo/video release: by participating, you grant permission for photos/videos that may include your face to be used for event promotion unless you submit an opt-out form in writing
